Q. What is the procedure for returning my firearm for service or repair?

Magnum Research firearms returned to the factory for service or repair should be sent to:

Confirm the firearm is unloaded before shipping.
Contact Magnum Research Technical Support Department to receive a Return Authorization number before shipping a firearm to the factory. If you are having a FFL dealer send in your firearm please have the dealer complete the RA form or fill out the RA using the dealers information. You can do this by online (RA request form) or by calling 218-746-3459. Ship handguns prepaid via UPS or Fed Ex overnight. Federal law prohibits anyone without a Federal Firearms License from shipping a handgun by mail. Please check for any additional state or local regulations. With your return, enclose a letter that references your Return Authorization number and includes: name; address; phone number; and firearm model and serial number. Q. What is the cost of my non-warranty service?
A. Non-warranty service will be billed at $65/hour + cost of parts + $40 shipping and handling. There is a minimum $60 charge + $40 shipping and handling. >>Back to top

A. It is difficult for us to keep track of the ever changing laws in the different states. The best way to make certain that you are compliant to the laws in your state is to check with your local office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) or your local firearms dealer. >>Back to top
Q. I can repair my own gun and do not wish to send it to the factory. Can I get a replacement part?
