    Shooting

Posted by John Carpenter on Apr 7th 2024

Love shooting this little pistol. I did do the recommendation do locking the slide back for about a week to soften up the recoil spring. I shout about 100+ rounds, and it worked flawlessly. The accuracy was a little off, shooting to the right I plan on replacing the original sights anyway. I put some Talon like grips from Hogue, it really helped to keep a great grip on this tiny pistol with its snappy recoil. This is my 3rd Kahr I have owned. I have a Kahr K9 and a K40. The K9 is a dream to shoot, the K40 is a handful. I also mounted a belt clip from Clipdraw, and I carry this .380 everyday. I am usually in hospital scrubs, so I need something that I can carry and disappear my scrubs. This Kahr CW380 with the belt clip is so lightweight, it is AWSOME!

    Love this gun.

Posted by Tracy on Dec 4th 2019

First time KAHR owner. I bought the CW380 on a whim one day at my local gun shop because the size was perfect for CCW pocket carry. Once I got home, I started reading and watching all of the negative reviews. I was very disappointed UNTIL, I went out and started shooting it. I did clean the gun as I do with all guns when I buy them, before I started shooting at the range to see how miserable this thing was going to perform. To my surprise, I have now shot hundreds upon hundreds of rounds with various ammo, 720 rounds to be exact, and I have yet to this day had one single FTF, stove pipes, jams of any kind. Maybe I should play the lottery if I’m that lucky to get the only KAHR CW380 that actually works as it should, and can trust it, especially considering it’s a self defense weapon
