DAO 45 ACP
I have long enjoyed shooting the venerable .45 ACP. Most of my .45's are collectible Colt's; 1911 and Model O variants, single actions. The CT45 is a single stack double action. From the website: Trigger cocking DAO; lock breech; "Browning - type" recoil lug; passive striker block; no magazine disconnect. The firearm feels great in the hand. It has a full stock; slim but not too thin to hold firmly. And though the gun is light, it has enough weight and balance to tame recoil. No fancy 'today' features such as a blade trigger, dust cover rail system or combat trigger guard - the firearm is form and function. Fit and finish is deceptively excellent for a gun of this price. As with the vast majority of Kahr's, reliability is built right in.
